Hassan Afshar, 19, Executed in Iran for Homosexual Act
Amnesty International reported that a teenager was executed in Iran in age of 19 for homosexual act which usually is being refered to Lavat or Sodomy in Iran.
This execution took place in Arak on July 18th, a day before the 11th anniversary of Mahmoud and Ayaz execution who were hanged in Mashhad in 2005.
We, strongly condemn these inhuman and unfair punishments. We believe there are many more LGBT Iranians who are in death row and most of them like Hassan are not even aware of their execution.
